- I couldn't agree more! The above language assessment presumes I share
- a common point of view with its author (e.g. agree with the predefined
- criteria and value each criteria equally).

- I think Jeff would find your assertion hard to deny. The "worst"
- language (C++) has been around only a few years and is already the
- dominant market leader. The "best" language (Smalltalk) has been
- around since the 1970s and has a small if not insignificant market
- share.
